Loading ...Hunter High Swim is closing off their season at Hunter. Here are the closing thoughts from swim captain Jasmine Perez Rivera. When I asked, “What made you want to join Swim?” She said she wanted to try something new and something she would enjoy. I also asked, “What does Swim mean to you?” She said swimming means so much to her and is her escape from all the stress. I then asked her, “Do you have any end-of-season thoughts?” She responded with, “It was amazing, and would do it all again.”
The final question I asked her was, “What does being captain mean to you?” To sum it up she said that the swim team is like one big family and she is like the mom of the family, always being there for her teammates. Hunter High Swim has had an amazing season. If you see anyone who was a part of Swin in the hallways, tell them congratulations on their amazing season.
