Loading ...The Former 9-time World Champions, the Oaklands A’s, could make a move to Utah. The Athletics are set to move to Las Vegas, but the ballpark won’t be ready until 2028. The Athletics need somewhere to play. Utah has offered the Smith’s Ballpark, formerly home to the Bees, which are expected to make a move from Salt Lake City to South Jordan in 2025. If Utah gets selected we will be hosting them till the 2028 MLB season. The owner of the A’s John Fisher is expected to tour the park later this week to see if it is the right fit. For years Utah has been wanting an MLB team in the Beehive State so this would be amazing for Utahns.
