Remembering Eric Dickey

On April 13th, 2024 Eric John Dickey, a beloved, devoted, loving husband, father, brother, son, and former Hunter employee passed away. Eric was a custodian here at Hunter High. Eric was hard-working and humble, his loved ones would describe him as loving and faithful. He devoted his life to kindness and always left a lasting impression.

Eric was in a constant battle with his health. In December 2022 Eric received the news that he had GBM Glioblastoma Multiform brain tumor. He underwent many treatments fighting hard for his life. Close family members say his positive attitude, love of the gospel testimony, plus love for his family kept him fighting every day. Eric spent his last days doing what he loved – serving church missions and being surrounded by his family.

The first public viewing will be held Friday, April 26th, 2024 from 6:00- 8:00 PM, the second public viewing will be held Saturday, April 27th, 2024 from 10:00 – 10:45 AM these public viewings will be held at Copper Hills 8th Ward, 5249 West 9000 South, West Jordan, UT.
