Welcome back everyone from a week-long break. Hopefully, it went well for everyone. I can say my break went well. I went to Oklahoma for the whole break to see my mom and my siblings. I hadn’t seen them since January when they moved from Utah to Oklahoma.
Oklahoma was nice and sunny, but super windy since it is Tornado Valley. They do tornado siren testing every Saturday at noon. It is a scary sound and it makes you think a tornado is happening, but it is just the test. Oklahoma City is cool, but I certainly wouldn’t say it’s nice. It has a lot of trash like any city.
It also had more homeless people than I had ever seen. There were tarp tents all over the sidewalks and even on the median strips in between the roads. Oklahoma is scarier at night cause it is home to many types of snapping turtles. It’s also really ghetto, yet other than the many negatives of Oklahoma, the weather there was a lot better than here in Utah. The cost of living In Oklahoma is also around $10,000 cheaper than in Utah, so in the end it is not all bad.
