Friday, November 17, I went to the Utah Jazz game. They were playing the Phoenix Suns. This was an In-Season Tournament game. It was a high-scoring game. By halftime, the game was tied 75. In the 3rd quarter, the Suns were able to score a 3-pointer at the end of the 3rd quarter to be up 102-97. The Suns ended up taking the win over the Jazz but the in-season record for the teams 2-1 for the Jazz and 1-2 for the Suns. It was an amazing game to watch in person.
Jordan Clarkson was hitting some tough shots on the Suns. He was able to score 37 points to try and keep up with the Suns. Kevin Durant on the other hand scored 38 points, 9 rebounds, and 9 assists. Kevin Durant is unstoppable from the mid-range. Every time he had the ball in his hands and pulled up for the mid-range it went in no matter who was guarding him.
The final score was Suns – 130, Jazz – 128.
