Sports. Where should we start from. Sports are one of the most important things in life and everyone has a different image of sports but what are sports to you. To me, sports are stress relievers, something to spend your time on. Sports can be in all parts of life like entertainment, fun, activity, economics, and also to get you in shape. Some of us may do sports in different ways like going to the gym, PE class, home, and others. We also have different examples of sports like basketball, volleyball, soccer, football, handball, cricket, softball, and others for me my favorite is basketball and volleyball which I loved playing and still love them.
So let’s see sports as entertainment. We find games we go to watch. Sometimes we also have to pay for it which goes under economics and players playing and winning, which goes under fun. You can find sports almost everywhere, but let’s talk about sports in a healthy section. Doing sports can help in losing weight, bodybuilding, healthy body improvement, and perfect body functioning. Lastly, I would advise you to do sports because in life some of us spend a lot of time sitting so we need to do sports for our health.
