Hunter High school is a very competitive and enthusiastic school when it comes to the competitions the sports teams hold. This year the track team has been extremely active in its competition and recently went to the Davis High School track invitational with a multitude of schools participating in the event.

In the case of Hunter High for the 200-meter race, Dakota Peyton placed Hunter at 18th, for the 300 meter hurdle race Dakota Payton placed Hunter at 12th. For the javelin competition, Hunter got 12th place through Ruby McConnachie, for the shotput competition Camillie Allen placed 25th, and for the discus competition, Saroutuma Ralphs placed  29th.
