Winter season

Rigel Yam, Staff Writer

‘Tis the season! It’s starting to get chilly. It’s still November but that doesn’t mean we can’t start to get ready for the holidays and festivities that take place in December. The first day of Winter is on December 21. That’s a while away but it is starting to get cold. This morning it was somewhere in the low 20’s. That means no more wearing shorts out in public. You still can, but it’s highly recommended that you don’t.
What would be recommended would be wearing some nice and comfortable clothing that will let you stay warm in this cold weather. Some examples are hoodies, big jackets, and anything that in your opinion will keep you warm. We still have fall break to go through and then winter break in December, but it already feels like winter.

Soon enough we might see the halls getting decorated with certain decorations that match the season. Whether it’s going to be fall-related or winter-related it’s still nice to see that the winter season is approaching. That means that we still have Thanksgiving, Christmas, and also New Year’s Day to look forward to. Even if you don’t celebrate any of these holidays, that doesn’t mean you can’t go out and have some fun. Hopefully, we’ll get some snowfall this year so we can have fun times building snowmen, snow forts, making snow angels, and having snowball fights. All those good things that people love to do in the snow. It’s never too late to let your inner child out!
