As the school year comes to an end my hope is that many of us have come to realize how much we take for granted when it comes to school and this whole pandemic crisis. Overall this school year was a great learning experience for me because I learned to connect better with smaller groups of people rather than trying to please everyone. I was able to learn a lot more about what I wanted out of life or what I wanted to study. This year might have felt rough but I feel like I failed to look at the good things that came out of it and I’m glad that I’m able to see them now. I also really appreciated this Journalism class because it helped me research and learn more about certain topics I was passionate about. This being my last year at Hunter is a bit scary but regardless I feel as if I’m ready for the next steps.
