Teachers not listening to the students

Transitioning to online school has been pretty difficult. Not only for the students, but also the teachers. Some teachers haven’t been putting out schedules to follow, or staying in contact with their students. This makes distant learning a lot harder. Personally, I have some teachers who have a calendar available online that tells us when work is coming out, and when the work is due. This has made it so much easier to plan out a schedule regarding each class and to follow it. On the other hand, teachers have been putting out all the work at once, and not providing guidelines. This makes it more stressful and harder on the students.

When reaching out to teachers about how their classes are harder to follow then most, or simply asking what to do and when. Some teachers have not been keeping in contact. I have personally had many struggles with teachers throwing work at us, and expecting us to know when to get it done. With no guidelines, how are us students supposed to transition to online without being stressed.

Teachers, please keep in contact with your students and try to provide the best outline you can. It will provide a much more mentally healthy way to do everything we need. As always, stay safe, and stay healthy.
