COVID-19 impact

There are a lot of elderly in my neighborhood. They love to leave their homes and they want to get out as much as they can. The virus is certainly hard for them to stay in their homes all the time. Many of the elderly are restricted to even receive medical assistance. We have seen many places with signs out saying to stay home and to keep up to date. Many elderly have not wanted to stay inside their house and they just leave it for a minute.

It is not just the elderly that do that. Everyone needs to work on it to remain safe. Assisted living has its own perspective. Assisted living has not been letting elders go to the places where they are restricted. They do not allow visitors to come to see them. They are keeping elders in their establishment. This really helps them. They might not like it too much, but it sure can keep many people safe.

We can do this together. No one likes to be restricted. We all should do our part and keep others in mind. The elderly are a huge part of life. Plus we all have things taken away from us. This is affecting all of us and has made people go crazy being in their house so much. This virus is affecting everyone and we all can make the best of it. Keep your loved ones home, including your elders. Stay as safe as you can at this time. There is very little we can do with the virus’ existence, yet it sure does make a difference to do our part. Stay home, keep up to date, and stay strong in this time. We are all in this together.
