Hope

As our month long quarantine continues on, I hope everyone is doing well. I know times are rough, and fairly boring, and not only that- but this pandemic can be mentally draining. Being stuck inside 24/7 is not good for your mental or physical health, so make sure you are going out once in a while. Make sure you’re still following the rule where you stay a few feet away from people and if you have any symptoms, do not go out.
Keeping your mental health up is very important, and falling down into a deep dark hole is never fun, so still talk to your friend, maybe even video call them, and spend time with your family at home. We all need to look out for one another during these times, while still maintaining distances. Try your best to keep up with everything and just know that no matter what happens, or when this ends, everything will be just fine. Just keep hope alive.
