At around 5:00 PM yesterday many parents should have gotten a call from the school talking about how the Superintendent’s Town Hall meeting was going to be today, February 25, 2020 at 7 PM. I was with my parents in the car when the school called them. I’m not going to lie I thought that a teacher marked me absent even though I went to all my classes. It turns out that they called telling my parents about the Town Hall meeting. My parents, being native Spanish speakers, didn’t really understand what the call was about, so I had to explain to them what the message said. I told them basically what I heard.
