The Hunter High cheer team just recently traveled to Las Vegas for there yearly national cheer competition. The cheer team has been working long and hard all year long for this very weekend, with there every other day practices, all there sporting events, and other competitions. The team left on Wednesday of this week (2/19) and will be gone till Sunday evening. There event will be hosted by Jamz, a national cheer program. They will be competing with many different high schools all around the country. There competing days are today (2/21) and tomorrow (2/22), most people won’t be able to watch them so when they arrive back to school congratulate them on Monday for all the hard work they have put in for this.

If you are interested to join the cheer team talk to the coaches to see what you could do to join. Some time before prom in April the schools cheer try out’s will also be begging and it will be all new coaches next year. So next year will be a fresh new start to the hunter high cheer team with more possibility’s then ever.
