The importance of overall health

Each and every one of us knows that physical health is just as important as mental health. The condition of your heart and internal organs has to be healthy in order to stay alive for as long as possible. The smaller issues we consider is your teeth, brushing and making sure to visit the dentist for any gum diseases or cavities. We can solve these issues easily, but how we feel about ourselves takes more effort and time. How we feel about ourselves includes teens struggling with body image won’t feel resolved to go to work out and exercise and maintain their physical health.

Your mental health however is a key factor in your personal life. How happy and valued you feel as a person majorly impacts how you view life on a day to day basis.
