Q: Dear K & K,

I’m having trouble in my math class and I’m not understanding most of what my teacher is saying, what should I do?

A: Try to focus in class. Ask the teacher questions when you don’t understand something, and use your class time to learn the topic fully.

Q: Dear K & K,

There are rumors going around that my best friend is talking behind my back. Should I confront her or should I wait and see if the rumors stop?

A: We think that you should talk to her about it. Not aggressively, but ask her if she has heard any of the rumors. Take note of how she reacts. If she gets really defensive or if she acts normal.

Q: Dear K & K,

There is a friend in my English class, and she has recently developed really bad B.O. How do I tell her without hurting her feelings?

A: We think you should approach her and ask her if she has heard of the new, “Victoria Secret Bombshell” perfume. If she says no, you could tell her she should try it, because it smells amazing. If that doesn’t work, approach her when she is alone and talk to her about how her B.O. is getting a little out-of-hand and that you just want to help her. Keep it private, keep it kind and keep it brief.
