While on Christmas break, New Years Eve (12-31-19) Nicole Lester ended up killed her 4 year old daughter. Around 5 am that morning police received a call from Lester’s neighbor explaining that she had killed her daughter along with wearing her bloody clothing. The daughter was found in the basement covered in stab wounds. He body made it look like it was a very violent killing. While police searched the house they also ended up finding a 6 year old boy and their grandmother who had custody of the boy. Later in questioning they discovered that the grandmother knew nothing about this attack till the police showed up and told her. Lester was known for these kind of acts and had been arrested for not only drugs but with domestic violence. Even though she was known with this type of thing the family still let her around these kids and turns out the most horrific thing ended up happening. For this major act of crime Lester was charged with aggravated murder, but overall the judge would get to decide what would go on her record and what she would be convicted of.
