In my opinion I think that teachers should get payed for working extra hours after school because they have to work all day and they still have to stay after school and do work when they could go home or something and sometimes the school makes the teachers stay after school to work and they don’t get payed extra. For example teachers don’t get payed that well and they have to work a lot and then sometimes they still have to work extra hours after school and what if the teacher had plans to do that day or an appointment and the teacher will probably have to miss that just because they have to work extra hours and the teacher doesn’t want to get fired. but at the same time teachers shouldn’t get payed extra hours all the time because if the teachers start getting payed for staying after school and working some teachers might take advantage of that and just stay after school to get payed extra and not be doing work.
