Major crowds in Salt Lake City International Airport
Planning on traveling for fall break? You may want to start planning for crowds sooner than later. It is estimated that up to 30,000 people will be going through the Salt Lake International Airport on Friday the 18th. Long-term parking is presumed to be filled by Friday, so passengers will have to resort to the economy parking. Economy parking requires a shuttle to get there, so expect to get to the airport earlier than you think you will need to. With all of the people as well as the shuttle, it will take much longer than expected to get everything dealt with. It is recommended that you check the airport’s website ahead of time, as it shows real-time wait times.
