Could hall sweeps be a good idea for Hunter High school? I think that hall sweeps for hunter are a good idea. Because i see a lot of kids who just walk around in the halls or just hangout in the bathrooms.

If there were hall sweeps in hunter people won’t want to get a ticket for 5 dollars so they will just go to class. Hall sweeps will benefit teachers so they don’t have to go over and over with instructions when kids come in late.  In my jr high they did hall sweeps for every class and everyone was actually on time.

Also students citizenship grades would be better because the tardies wont effect them. And even there grades because they’ll be in class doing there work instead of them not having time to finish in class and just forgetting and never turning them in.

People my argue that this is not a good idea because there are some kids that my not be able to pay the fees with the hall sweeps. But that could also be a good thing because they’ll wanna be in class on time so they will make an effort to actually be on time so they don’t pay a halls weeps

But i do understand that there are time you might miss the bus or just not hear the alarms in the morning, or might not have a ride Ect.  That is why i think 3 warnings are fair for students and then after then then get hall sweeps.

These are just some of the reasons I believe that hall sweep will benefit the students who are actually here to wanna graduate. Kids should just go to class instead of being out in the halls and the bathrooms. And help citizenship instead of it just keep going down. And not getting even more fees then students already have.
