Opinion on this midterm

Linda Mahe, Staff Writer

I know midterm is tomorrow and I’m worried already. With one class failing it is making me more stressed, and I don’t want to feel that stress. I know some seniors are still struggling with their grades, but we still like to waste our time on things that are not important. It’s funny how when I asked one of the principal assistants “When are midterms?” he stopped and said that it’s tomorrow.

I walked away because I know he would ask about my grades. But thanks to my teacher who is giving me the chance to fix my grade today after school. I know school ‘stinks,’ but guess what you’re stuck with the school for four years. I know how it feels to wake up every morning around 6 AM just to get ready for school. But it’s very important because you don’t want to miss any school days.

Some classes are hard; some are easy. Yet I always have that mind to pin and work hard for that best grade. You too will be proud one day and you will tell yourself “I DID IT. ”  You will see your parent so proud of you and the hard work you have accomplished. You’ll thank them for the teaching and the knowledge they taught you from the beginning of your life till now.

Students let’s not waste time and work hard. Trust me, you will have this, your best year of school. And I promise you that one day you are going to look back and say “I miss high school.”
