Chloe Koons, Staff Writer

Congratulations to some students at our school for competing in the Granite Education Foundation’s Art Olympics. There was a lot of effort from everyone who took their time to compete, and there were winners that deserve to be recognized.

In “Color Drawing” Grace Cummings got third place, in “Opaque Painting” Gwen Grunwald got second place, in “Photography” Lenny Villegas got second place, in “Sculpture” Brianna Yancey got second place, and in “Pottery” Abbi Wiscombe got second place. We also had some first place winners including Sheena Valdez in “Photography”, and Miranda Obic in “Mixed Media”. Congrats to all of our winners and thank you for representing Hunter High School.
