So at hunter high they let the clubs decorate tree but the school picks the theme such as this year it’s bored games so each tree is decorated with a different game and all the people who are in the clubs help decorate and they get to add what ever else they want in the tree and i like the fact that the kids in the clubs can feel like they are actually helping with something  instead of just not being apart of it at all and the staff makes sure no one messes with the tree’s which is great because if you work really hard on something you don’t want all your hard work to go to wast so that a good thing.

Also the parents when they come to the school they get to see what all the clubs and kids in the clubs do in there so its fun to see the parents reactions to them because i know my parents have not seen a school who puts Christmas trees up for the clubs or students to decorate so they are happy to see that something fun is coming out of staying in school for hours also most of the kids who feel homesick feel more at home because i’m not sure about a lot of houses but most put Christmas trees up and so when kids look at that it makes school feel a little less forced.
