Progress reports

Xitlali Martinez, Staff Writer

Progress reports are given out twice each quarter and are intended to help show you where you’re at and let you know what class you need to improve in. They are sent home with students and allow parents to know how well their students are doing so far. Progress reports are there to show you what grade you have and you determine whether you’d like to improve it or not. It’s best to take advantage of these so you can make sure to do the best you can in order to get better scores on your actual report card. The first set of progress reports for this quarter will be handed out this week on Friday November 15th. They also show you your current citizenship for each class and if you have low scores in citizenship it’s best to talk with your teacher on what you can do to make up citizenship in their class, or you can go to any of the CPA makeup days that are scheduled. Remember to take advantage of these reports and fix your grades as soon as possible rather than holding off till the last couple weeks.
