Recently an email was sent out school wide about changing how the school year would be organized. Currently Salt Lake school district has longer breaks but starts later and ends in June. Where as Granite school district wasn’t to push for school to get out before Memorial Day and has shorter breaks. The Granite school district has been asking parents, students, administrators, and other employees what they would prefer for a couple years now. Even though they have been asking for awhile it seems like no changes are being done to improve. Not only that but no information has come out about what these polls are saying. So, how exactly are we supposed to know what is going on though the school without having information released?
